Did you also have your keto chow before working out? you didn't mention it.
Not sure how the Walden Farm syrup can state zero everything when it contains natural and artificial flavors and 5 different gums? Better than that sugary one…absolutely. But I wish companies would be more honest on their nutritional labels.

My husband and I both have the flu so stopped sardines but will start again after feeling better the recipes look so good but right now anything too heavy makes me nauseous
I went to Costco yesterday. Bought two more of the sardine 6 packs. Got home and realized the last time I went we bought 2-6 pack cases so now we have 42 cans of sardines. I thought we just bought 2-6 can boxes!! We have enough for a couple of years now!! Making a cab today.

I have used that instant expresso for years but I am now hooked on my Nespresso. Far from cheap but it is my special treat. I love the Gingerbread Keto chow…got a big bag…oh momma. Those chaffles looked fabulous. The egg life wraps are great crisped up in a pan and the fish taco idea is great. Geunis as always Wendy!

Wendy I thought when you made your chaffles in the past when you used four eggs and four ounces of cream cheese I thought you used to use two packages of keto chow and didn’t you also add melted butter? Am I wrong? Just curious. I could be wrong but for some reason I remember that?? And I wondered if you’ve received your whole nutmegs and the tool to grate them? I sent it via Amazon and it says it was delivered?? It would’ve been a great add to your chaffles I think. 🥰❤️🇨🇦
