A short ‘snapshot’ showing you the techniques I use in my own personal work; the linework in a painting like this takes a few hours, so here’s a few minutes where I demonstrate building up the structure, form and tonal values in a small area. I’m using waterproof Faber Castell fine liners for this work in progress.

  1. Hello Lois, I like looking thru the barn door and seeing through the cracks between the wood, making the daylight shine thru.. A line and wash is so much fun, in depth drawing and lose painting.. You very good at both..
