Sweet & chicken instead of sour. I feel like we leave out "signature" ingredients too or substitute for stuff we like better.
With those biscuits, why not press them into a 9×13 pan then partially bake then top with pizza sauce and pizza toppings then bake till golden brown

Next time you get the biscuits take them and roll them and put them in a button pan and you roll them after they bake have a blessed day
