Another awesome video. Hope the farm markets are still selling well. What do you use to keep your field knives so sharp. I purchased some if the RADA knives and theyโre awesome. Nice looking sprouts. If I had a dollar for every time I got asked at farmers market "Is that how brussel sprouts grow?", I would be a rich man LOL! One of the girls that did farmers markets with me got so she would reply with a straight face "Nope, we just glue 'em on a stick!" We used to grow several varieties of white cauliflower, graffiti purple, cheddar yellow, and a really nice green one called Verde or Vida Verde. That one was my favorite. It was a lime green color, slightly smaller & later than most others, but had a very smooth, almost creamy texture when cooked. When you would get all 4 of those on the tables and suggest that people did veggie platters with them, they would sell like crazy

These pretty cauliflowers are popular in Australia.. it's amazing the different varieties of vegetables and fruit there are now.. What we used to chop up and throw away like zucchini flowers is so trendy in restaurants now.. Nice job of cleaning the brussel sprouts..๐๐ Good job ๐ Stay safe ๐ฆ๐บ
The funky green one you mentioned is a cauliflower variety called Romanesco. I used to work at a farm that had lots of them planted. In your case it must have been a wrong seed.
I have become an expert at doing things with one hand. I use the other to film. You on the other hand have figured out how to still use both hands while filming. You must have a hat camera. Cool video as always.
The ASMR Cole crops are the best. The vegetable washer is awesome too. Every thing sound crisp and clean. Great job growing the channel and income streams.

I never truly knew how brussel sprouts grew until I saw a farming video. Unfortunately, not one of my favs. The purple cauliflower is beautiful.

Oh yeah those clips. They're one of those things that always seem to disappear on their own. Just like 10mm sockets, pencils and socks.
