Today we planted two containers with winter hardy plants. Cordyline red star, bellis perellis, winter pansies, cineraria silver dust, variegated ivy, under planted with narcissi baby moon.
Nice cheers for using a NewZealand native tree we call them cabbage trees as when mature the center of the fronds can be eaten and was eaten by Maori and taste like cabbage
Recently planted two pots and 4 hanging baskets. Copied your cordyline from a previous video. I planted a few cyclamen but they've rotted away already as it has been so wet. thanks again.
“to make it smile for the winter…” 😊 I like that! This video was perfectly timed, as I’ve just emptied out my summer tubs by our front door! I really like the combination of the winter pansies and cordyline.
What sweet little arrangements for the pots. It's sure to make for a happy courtyard during the gloomiest days of fall and winter. I love planting sweet william and violas every year. Diane has such good taste. Be well dear friends! 🌱🍃🌸🪴💐💝
Hi Mr. Cliff. Nice to see your vlog every week. Can’t wait for your next harvest season in your garden.. God bless your family and always stay healthy and safe!! 😊 CLARENCE from Philippines 🇵🇭 😊
Hello Cliff and Diane, the planters look lovely, perfect to cheer the winter months such beautiful colours. Hoping for a few dry days too. Take care. 🙂
I can’t even get out to pot planters up….too much liquid sunshine here in Cumbria ☔️😉 I really like the combination you’ve chosen, something a bit different 🌼🌸🌺🌿🌱
Hi Cliff and lovely Diane your plants look 👌 my daughter lia has seen this video been and redone her planters by front door after you inspired her. Keep safe Bill and val
Your comment about making the courtyard "smile for the winter" made me smile – such a charming expression! It was clever to bury that treasure beneath your plants. Thank you!
Hello, Cliff and Diane. Lovely to see you again. I have two small pillars leading up to my front door and yesterday I saw two round planters that caught my eye. You may have just given me a reason to go fetch them before they’re gone. Cheers.
