Did You Know Pansies Are Edible?

Also known as violas, flat delicate pansy blooms offer mild flavors, textures, and colors to any culinary dishes both savory and sweet. Pansies are edible and have a mild, lettuce like flavor with a light mint undertone.

Pansies have anti microbial properties, which mean they can help with a variety of health issues ranging from arthritis, skin problems, asthma, high blood pressure, and epilepsy.

Pansies can be used externally to treat skin conditions such as dandruff, itching, cradle cap and acne.

✨ Use pansies as a garnish on salads, soups and baked treats like breads, cakes and cookies. Dry the petals add to your favorite tea.
