I can’t believe I thought that the rain would always wash away my seeds as a beginner gardener. Planting and saving seeds before the rain are habits that I have created in my rhythms in the garden. Rain water doesn’t have as much of the chemicals that many of our water sources do and soaking rains will also help with germination and save you time from hand watering. Take advantage of the weather and transplant and sow seeds before it rains! This gardening tip saves me so much time and allows me to do more of what I want to be doing in the garden.
