Growing Organic Food and Medicine on a Local Maine Homestead

Join me on a farm stay at this beautiful homestead and apothecary in coastal Maine, learning intuitive permaculture farming practices, organic food cultivation and herbal medicine. I’ll share the day to day as we transition to autumn, harvest fruits + veggies, and care for the chickens in exchange for their farm fresh eggs. I also got to learn more about medicinal herbs with healing honey blend, tinctures, and other medicine. Between exploring the natural area and playing in the garden, I’ll be sharing all of the seasonal meals I was inspired to make with the fresh, local produce. From going on adventures with fellow woofers to camping in the backyard of a plant paradise, I’ll share insights from my WWOOFing experience. Taking a break from the road to eat healthy whole foods and live simply in the in nature.
