Here are the 4 bootcamps I most recommend!

1. CourseCareers is self paced. You can finish it in 3 weeks or 3 months. They offer tech sales roles only & are partnered with tech companies, so they’re usually able to get you a tech career quickly or a paid internship (up to $21/hr) while you wait to get hired on.

They only offer courses for people in North America. They’re just $449 with my discount code that gives you $50 off!

They are not partnered with tech companies, but they fix your resume & LinkedIn to industry standards and they apply to 5 companies a day for you & set you up on interviews.

They also do interview coaching & provide really good interview cheat sheets. They’re $4k, but I have a $300 discount link that you use with their sales too! The discount Is attached to the link automatically.

  1. Reason for such a high base starting pay can also be attributed to her having a college degree as well. Also at around 15:07 and some other times you cut off your guest 😂.

  2. Start following you after AO interview, can you do interviews of someone in their late 40’s or 50’s?? I’m an older guy and this has my interest!!!

  3. I would love to be on the show one day but I am keeping my salary hush hush. Never have to worry about gold diggers if they dont know how much you make.

  4. Just started as an SDR 80 OTE 2 months in now my training is 4 months. I’ll be released to the dogs January. Let’s goooo next year I hope to be at 120k base!

  5. people need to remember that its not juts about how much you make its about how much you can keep. So once you realize the amount of money you need to live your best life after that keep that same life. So if you need $80K to live a great life or $70K to live a comfortable life then once u make 6 figures keep your life at teh $80K or 70K level at least for a couple years. Most people spend more than they make no matter how much they make. Just a tip so we can close that wage gap.

  6. Cyrus I love everything ur doing …. Just a tip; please let ur guest finish their statements completely! We want to learn and hear what they have to say! U cut them off a lot lol. I do this too when I converse and it’s something we really have to work on lol! I know it’s not intentional. My boyfriend always says “u just cut me off” lol

  7. Would like to hear from someone from Course Careers. Are there chargbacks in tech sales.

  8. Yes … I’ve been searching for an answer … my dad wants me to go to college… lowkey for anything, a teacher an accountant, just go he says even I don’t use it 😂 but I’m debating on going into tech… I’m a young Latina and I feel empowered when I see this, now a days there is room for diversity and I feel like being one of few is also a advantage … I definitely want to look into this more and would love to hear her take on getting a degree prior and if she has a suggested route

  9. Randomly stumbled on this interview. I guess the YouTube algorithm finally figured I'm a sales engineer. Good content.

  10. Great interview, being Latina is good to see young ladies so focused on what’s so important in live. I was impressed with her and I want to congratulate her for the effort she is putting in educating other people as well. Thank you

  11. Yo bro, I watched all of your videos about the tech space. I can relate to your story so much I pray to be half as successful as you. I’m 26 currently doing Uber living in La. The struggle has been real being here only 9 months. I’ve been on the internet searching for solutions that may help my situation and you were the person who’s been helping me in my situation.
I’m getting ready to graduate from Course Careers and looking forward to a new change in life. It’s only up from here! I’ll keep you updated on the journey.

  12. Cyrus, this was an Awesome interview! I have followed since your interview with AO. So far, the interviews on TITNB have been so insightful! Keep bringing the great content! We can learn from everyone you interview! I personally picked up some great gems from her. You are NEVER too old to learn or make a change if you are willing to do so. I read some of the negative comments below… Just keep doing what you do, stay focused with blinders on so you don't get derailed by the haters. That is when you know you are doing a good thing when they come for you! Your light is shining bright! Please keep bringing the information to us!

  13. great interview especially coming from a mid 20s Princeton EE grad. Great tidbit to ask about goals to get raises beforehand and keeping record of successes. I wish she started with her timeline of schooling to career hops and then now. overall big up yourselves

  14. Great episode Cyrus! Can you please have Astrid on for a part 2 sales tech interview? Or I would love to see more BIPOC women on your show talking about their experience breaking into tech. Thank you for creating these awesome tech interviews!

  15. Another great interview Cyrus. I love what you’re providing brotha. Keep up the good work. It’s greatly appreciated and very inspiring.

  16. I’m glad to see women winning in Tech🤟🏽 and I’m very glad to see an insight view of SDR/BDR knowingly it’s one of the underpaid tech sales job to see her hustle for hers inspired me to at least give it a try in SDR to obtain a nice 6figures as well! 🤞🏽
