    Reason for such a high base starting pay can also be attributed to her having a college degree as well. Also at around 15:07 and some other times you cut off your guest 😂.

    Just started as an SDR 80 OTE 2 months in now my training is 4 months. I’ll be released to the dogs January. Let’s goooo next year I hope to be at 120k base!

    people need to remember that its not juts about how much you make its about how much you can keep. So once you realize the amount of money you need to live your best life after that keep that same life. So if you need $80K to live a great life or $70K to live a comfortable life then once u make 6 figures keep your life at teh $80K or 70K level at least for a couple years. Most people spend more than they make no matter how much they make. Just a tip so we can close that wage gap.

    Yes … I’ve been searching for an answer … my dad wants me to go to college… lowkey for anything, a teacher an accountant, just go he says even I don’t use it 😂 but I’m debating on going into tech… I’m a young Latina and I feel empowered when I see this, now a days there is room for diversity and I feel like being one of few is also a advantage … I definitely want to look into this more and would love to hear her take on getting a degree prior and if she has a suggested route
