My grandma taught me about using witch hazel when I was little. She always used it. I bought Micellar water in Dollar Tree–much cheaper than the name brand ones at the drug store –works the same
Just a comment on the lotions, some lotions are water-based other lotions or oil base. So the water base would penetrate quicker than your oil base

I'm guessing the higher moisture content is from the added water in DT products.. there's more water added, likely to make it cheaper.. (and more "translucent"😁)
MOISTURE could mean water not emollient
The dollar tree aveeno knockoff has more water than aveeno. That’s why it’s more transparent and would explain the higher moisture content. Aveeno has more oils resulting in a creamy texture

And just an FYI for any witch hazel users Walmart has a generic witch hazel brand like where the alcohol and peroxide is and it's only like a dollar or somewhere around there and it has exactly the same ingredients as the brand name kind. It has a faint set of witch hazel but not overpowering but the brand name one smells exactly the same anyway. Anyhows thanks again girl! Much love, G💜🤗😘

I bought one of those dry shampoos for my last trip. I loved it! Also, I tried to get the dark one from Walmart, but I don’t think they make it anymore
We used to buy that carpet foam all the time (it’s my husband’s favorite) we can’t find it at our dollar trees. I’ll have to look again
Dollar tree doesn’t have more “moisture” they are just watered down. That’s how it’s so cheap. Plus they use lesser quality of the active ingredients

I believe the dollar tree one absorb quicker because it is more liquid. Or more water actually. Therefore it actually soaked up into the skin but very little barrier which makes the skin feel moisture and softness. The water actually dries your skin out.

Dry Shampoo of different brands got RECALLED here in 🇨🇦 Canada. Apparently contaminated with benzene. I would think same for you in usa.

Just stumbled across your channel and wanted to comment on the carpet cleaning solution. Even though the name brand can is bigger you can still buy two of dollar tree products and come out cheaper with possibly more.
My daughter suffered from horrible eczema – the allergist recommended that aveeno lotion. She hasn’t had a problem since, use it daily.

As a twice former Dollar Tree employee and many time customer, I can attest to some of their products being pretty good or decent. I also mix some products together to make my own unique version of their brand and other brands.
With the knock off lotion have to compare the fake green tube bottle to the Aveeno tube green bottle

This is why it is cheaper.
