GIVEAWAY TIME! Wonderful Harvest Mod Hod from Gardener's Supply Company!

GIVEAWAY TIME! We are ready to help you take care of your harvest and the Mod Hod from Gardener’s Supply Company will help do the job!
~The name says it all! Our exclusive Mod Hod is a modern take on the traditional harvesting hod. Gather and rinse vegetables outdoors — the smooth, perforated interior won’t bruise prized produce. The fold-out legs keep your harvest off the ground, allowing it to drip-dry before bringing indoors. Pre-washing vegetables keeps the kitchen clean and the chef happy! ~GSC

Giveaway winner will be announced 7-28-17~

  1. How cool is that?! What a great giveaway!

Since we didn't plant a garden this year, I'd use it for either storing produce on my counter, or I'd use it for keeping my current crochet project in! But, next year – garden produce!! Love you channel!

    – Steph

  2. gosh that would be so much better than my bucket I currently use to harvest my garden in general.

  3. Those look fabulous! I think I'd do a lot better with one of those than taking a colander out to the garden that doesn't fit much, especially since I now have several raised beds starting to produce. Last week I pulled carrots and beets, that would have been great for picking and hosing them off. I also spin yarn and those might come in handy for wool, and stacked??? HELLO YARN STASH ORGANIZER!! I love Gardner's Supply Co….I've bought seed starter trays and enough plant markers to last a lifetime from them. My wishlist from their site is never-ending!

  4. What a handy item for the garden. Here in FL we're gearing up for Fall planting next month and a Mod Hod would be great to carry out tools, gloves, seeds, fertilize, etc… all at the same time, instead of making multiple trips. I definitely could use one!

  5. I would love these! We have small picking baskets, and have to bring them in and dump them to continue picking. These would be great!

  6. Hey Patara! My Husband and I absolutely adore your vlog! We are newlyweds currently learning how to homestead small scale in order to practice for our big dreams of owning some land. 5 years is our goal to be on some land. I think that basket is amazing. I would use it for gathering herbs, eggs, veggies, foraging for wild edibles for my chickens and foraging for the hubby and I. I would also attempt to use it as a dehydrator in the sun for my herbs! I hope you and your family continue to prosper on your homestead! Also, congratulations on the benign tissue of your husband!

  7. That would be great in the motor home or for camping to carry things out to a picnic table or run to the camp ground store to grab some goodies. Love the colors

  8. How bout I tell you what I wouldn't use it for….OK, I got nothing….. I'd use it for EVERYTHING!!!! 🙌😄

  9. Oh my gosh…I can stop using my shirt or plastic bags to carry our harvest from the garden. I could also use it to keep my knitting projects in. Or maybe to organize my kids room.

  10. This would be great to have when harvesting corn instead of using the plastic grocery bags.. there always poking through. Blessings

  11. This would make a very good veggie stacker, for potatoes, onions and fruits. Just sit it in the corner.

  12. Oh wow! Those baskets would be SO helpful! I am always grabbing those cheap little baskets like you might use for Easter baskets for kids, and I use them to bring in my garden harvest, but they break so easily and get thrown away by accident. The Mod Hod looks so nice and sturdy! Bet it could handle my zucchinis, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, herbs…My garden is just exploding with tasty goodness that's getting ready to be harvested!

  13. Add a liner and these would make great little planters for things that need well-drained soil.  With the handles they'd be easy to move around.  Plus having the legs keeps them out of puddles.  These would work great on my deck!

  14. Love it Patara! Multiple uses, Harvest, great for carrying little shovel, trowel, water bottle and phone, pretty enough to have on my counter as a fruit basket. Love the feet and they stack. Heck with the boys and their toys. I want one is every color! Thanks Gardener's Supply Co.

  15. These look sturdy enough for harvesting my squash! I keep overloading my my old peach basket I've been using and the handle is threatening to come right off!

  16. What a handy basket!! I'd love to use it to carry my herbs, tomatoes, peppers, squash, etc when I harvest. I have a tiny basket I use currently and the contents usually spill out onto the ground before I ever make it inside! Lol

  17. I will use them for my crafts. why? new puppy loves my yarn a little bit too much, but has great taste, yes?! these will keep them up and out of reach

  18. How cute are the baskets. I would use them with my young foster children that I am teaching gardening to. They love being out in the garden and learning about plants and veggies. I have found it to be a peaceful stress reliever. Keep doing what your doing we love your teaching videos!!!!

  19. love it!!! I'd use it for whatever i am doing at the time! ha! Veggies, herbs, eggs, tools……. i love having baskets to carry my stuff around in!

  20. Oh my, what a great tool for collecting my tomatoes an peppers. Love that it's washable and stackable.

  21. My lettuce is going nuts right now – that would make harvest and cleaning easier. I also like someone else's comment about using it to take stuff to the beach.

  22. That would be awesome to have, perfect to use for the garden! Hope I have a chance!! Thanks for your videos!

  23. WoW, I'd love to get one of these for my daughter's birthday which is tomorrow. This is what she has been looking for. Love to win one for her. Beautiful products!
