    Fascinating!!!!!!! I know potatoes come from under the soil, however, to actually see you dig them out is interesting! In the store,🤣 there is no dirt on them😂😂

    Wonderful harvest. I take and cube potatoes eggplant(no skin) and peppers and put in the oven to roast. Then I put a cashew sauce and some vegan mozzarella cheese on top and put back in the oven til the cheese is melted. Add onion and garlic powder to taste and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. It’s really good. I don’t really use salt because the cashews are salted and I season them before I blend them to make the sauce.

    Hi Tee, great video! Grow Organic has seed Potatoes reasonably priced 5 lb bags and up and shipping wasn't bad, that's where I got my Kennebec Potatoes this year, they also have lots of useful tutorials. If they're out get some organic potatoes from the grocery store and chitt them, that'll work too😊 Happy Gardening 💐
