Switzerland is just so breathtakingly beautiful. Xander certainly has a lot of energy. He plays hard all day. I was amazed at how well he did on all those stairs and cables but he still had a lovely play in the playground.
I am blown away, Janine. Not just by the beautiful Swiss scenery but how incredibly you captured it. Your research and practice with photography and videography/filming/editing is really showing in this one. This was a real treat! Praise God for caring for you all on your trip and giving Xander courage! I was getting panicked just watching.

Ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis are symptoms associated to actually having a food allergy. Usually, most likely, it's adult onset non tropical sprue disease. A gluten allergy but can also be all grains too. Easy enough to have a blood test. Bleeding internally makes one anemic. Yogurt or ANY milk products while the internal colon bleeds from the sloughed off vili, you should not consume any milk products (cheese, bread has milk, cottage xheese, curds, kefir or yogurt) for at least 3 days. Drink chicken broth and rice. Just because a doctor diagnoses you with Ulcerative colitis that is just a symptom.. then that doctor should be performing tests find out what is CAUSING it. Like I said, usually gluten and grains allergys. I get the hugging toilet…had it for 2 yrs before my body collapsed as doctors won't test unless you demand they find source. I started a 5 year bachelor science nursing because of this. Blood tests and fecal samples can rule out celiac. They find more T cells and white blood cells you likely have celiac sprue disease. Its so easy to fix and will feel so much better in 2 days…

Wow that is so beautiful! I bet it pulled at your heart some to come home. I just recently came home from my honeymoon in Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park. I was glad to go back home but at the same time it is so wondrous to be amidst so much natural beauty!
