We close off our garden and allow the chickens to go in and eat everything down. And letting them do this they will fertilize and shallow till our garden area. Changing the hydroponic tomato seedlings over into soul in the grow room, little bits of stuff.

Mighty close to having true free range chickens when you cut that hole. After eating those vegetables bet the egg yokes will be and even brighter yellow! Thus mighty fine eating, too.
