  2. Hi Kaye. Beautiful video. Two things: did you see Patara's video on wood chips? And, if you'd like your mums to be more stout, you can pinch them back through the summer for more blooms. They look pretty single stem also.

  4. My, my, my… Another stunning video starting with your mom and her beautiful smile.💗 I love everything. Your kitchen dishes look so scrumptious. I need to learn how to grow citrus from you Kaye. What wonderful limes. My two little lemon trees have minuscule, very tiny lemons too small to eat. I know I need to up pot them, but beyond that, I know nothing. Do you sprinkle those marigold petals in your salads? I love them in mine. I wonder if they would work as a dried tea. Thanks so much for this special treat!❤️

  5. I had a beautiful cranberry hibiscus in the city. Could kick myself for not saving some cuttings. That made me smile – so so beautiful!! Tried to grow cayenne peppers last year. They were thriving but I think I got less than a dozen peppers. The chickens literally devoured them daily.
    You are spending the day the way you were meant to. All those beautiful blooms are your reward for a season of hard work. Just gorgeous.
    Your sweet kitties look just like our Ranger, Flash, and Phantom. That was quite an impressive pounce! 🤣

    We have a couple of kitties prone to the occasional "goopy eye". I sprinkle a little dose of Viralys in their food for about a week. Luckily we haven't had to make trips back to the vet since we started using it and I keep a supply of it on hand.

  6. What medicine did you use for Spot’s eye? I have the same problem with my dog. I just ordered an OTC ointment that doesn’t need a prescription.

  7. So beautiful Kaye! Just love how you label your plants in the video with pictures for those who are learning and might want to grow those plants too. Your Aster and Marigolds are just awesome as are the limes. BJ is a little booger for knocking down your flowers but cats will be cats. As others have mentioned about your wood chip piles, check out Appalachia's Homestead with Patara yesterday on fire potential and keeping watered down.
