Monday mowing and the importance of service agreements
Today I wrapped up mowing, possibly the final mow of the season. Of course there may be some exceptions. The rest of the week is full of landscaping and clean ups.
I had a customer who had 7 dogs and that dog crap was everywhere. I drop them like a bad habit. I don't want dog waste on my face or on my clothes when I'm using the string trimmer. There is NO fee high enough that will satisfy me mowing or string trimming through dog waste.(not happening) On talkers, I ain't got nothing against chatty Katy but time is money. You want to talk? Sure, just like a taxi with the meter running, it's going to cost you. It's hard saying, hey I have other customers that are waiting on me but be honest and customers will understand that you are running a "business" Besides all that, you are doing great. Can't wait to see your new mower. I'm excited for you. Hopefully all can align and go well with the purchase. God bless you and Vicky.🙏✌️
