I live in Ohio we are in a drought. So dry here hand watering everyday.
Some of the channels that discuss weather manipulation are weatherwarfare101, climate viewer and geoengineering watch. The documentaries What in the World are they Spraying and Why in the World are they Spraying are also very informative as well. As much as "they" try to deny and hide that they are poisoning us and controlling the weather, all it takes is vision and common sense. Those of us without faces in our "Smart" phones have known about this crime for years.

I live in Southern California and I have been watching DARPA control our weather for years. We haven't had rain here in 7 months where I am. Every time the weather says we might get clouds of rain all the planes come and completely cover the sky with barium strontium and aluminum out of their planes and we receive no rain. It is heartbreaking. It is heartbreaking seeing the birds in our area dying off. Sometimes I feel like a modern day person being marched into an oven that I can't escape from. The air is all we have to breathe and they are polluting it so that they can kill us. It's all about population control people. That's why they refer to us as useless eaters. Think about it. To them we are no more than cattle to be slaughtered in used. Sorry to rain on your day but it's reality. And the sooner you get a hold of it the better off you'll be. Blessings on you all God is on the throne.

Extreme weather is an expected side effect of climate change. As the atmosphere warms it can hold more water vapour which means more precipitation.
