Being one of the most popular condominiums in the area, our client was convinced to make this their long term home and to create the kind of home that they have always dreamt of.
They made certain they got a unit that could fit their family of four and one that comes with a generous balcony to be able to sit outside in the evening.
The question is, why stinge on building your habitat that you call home, when you can afford a better living?
Your home is your life, why not make the best out of it? Don’t you agree?

Where is this condo located?
Do you guys do projects overseas? I have a condo to be delivered by end of year and would love to see if this is something that you guys do just with a PDF of a floor plan.
A separate "work" kitchen seems quite isolating. Not sure how practical it is for a family with kids who need supervision.

Great transformation!!!! Hate the white marble and gold accents and bright white lighting.
Even mid reno with the wood wall it looked more warmth than the original. Maybe too lux for my taste but no doubt very well done!

The carpentry for the living hall, doors, kitchen and rooms really elevates the ambience. Combining practicality with aesthetics, without over doing it and achieving an enduring hotel suite experience. Great work!
Wondering if you could do an episode highlighting the use of accent/feature walls, the do's and don'ts. I've seen many rooms that are changed completely by having an amazing accent wall and furniture/pieces designed to highlight it. I want to do something similar in the townhouse I just purchased, but have no design background so any advice would be appreciated!
