  1. Don't get the tattoo craze in the culinary world?

Seems to be directly at odds with the "progressive" thing of new, creative, different and constantly evolving. You've only got so much skin space.

What happens when your indelible style is no longer in style like two weeks later?

How long would any chef last cooking and serving the exact same dish over and over again?

  2. I couldn't imagine a dining experience like this costing less than $200 per person. Does anyone have accurate pricing information?

  3. Chef…I'm low life…but hear me out…Chile quilles with a salmon roe and a buttered orange ganache….again…hear me out…I've messed with it…call me

  4. No one eats this food because it's tasty. They eat it because it's trendy and it's a status symbol. It's like eating art more so than enjoying good tasting food. Silly if you ask me.

  5. I like the dishes AND HOW IT CAME FROM FARMERS FARM but recipes were copied, inspired by Japanese cooking , they should showcase a real farm original recipes, or their own recipes .California Wine Country destination. Just my opinion.

  6. I think not many realised that the farm lady is in another video of this channel check the 2 star missen palace video where they don't use any caviar, wagu or any luxury ingredients

  7. My stomach growls inexplicably every time I see your food. Food is great. The only regret is that the knife is not sharp enough. I recommend you a knife I use now, I bought a YONOVAK knife on Amazon platform, I think this knife is very sharp

  8. "Beautiful food isn't the point of what we do, it's the result of what we do." Man, that's a deep ass quote. You can tell this guy is a great leader / inspiration for his employees.

  9. I remember watching Kyle on Hestons Feasts 15 years ago here in the UK, its great to see how far he's developed in the culinary world 👍🏼

  10. The chef and his wife are 100% doing schoolgirl-teacher roleplay in the bedroom. Listening to her voice was cringeworthy.
