It can be hard to figure out what to meal prep though… by following this guide you reduce the everyday stress about what to cook, but still eating healthy and diverse. It’s not necessary to prep all of these components or to make the meals I suggest but they are very easy to follow and a good starting point 🙂

This is EXACTLY the kind of app I've been looking for for a long time – WFPB, easy shopping list, easily adjustable portions and measurement…and you can even add your own items to the shopping list, move them to different categories, and delete individual items too. On top of all that, incredibly delicious recipes by the hundreds. You've created something super special – huge thank you, and keep up the amazing work!   10. Actually a lot of people like eating the exact same thing over and over again. Not everyone gets bored of food

  11. Try not draining your beans, use the bean water as the broth, it is thicker and better tasting (in my opinion) than vegetable broth. You won't regret it. It also saves money and nutrients (pouring bean water is vitamins, minerals and starch down the drain) I like eating the same things over again but society pressures us to eat food that looks different ( for example bread, pasta, noodles, crackers, chips, cereal, flatbread, tortillas and porridge can all be made of the exact same thing but are considered "different")

Хотела увидеть что-то новенькое, а в итоге мое типичное питание)))) Салат такой беру всегда на работу на обед (нам нельзя микроволновку в офис), бобовые с овощами ем в будни, а пасту и батат в выходные)) Только овсянка надоела, чаще ем бутеры с тофу и помидорами или ореховые пасты с фруктами.
