  1. Looks like a really great haul! On Tuesday I’m going across the mountains to het a manicure, buy ‘freedom seeds’ and to hit TWO Dollar Tree stores along the way. Hope I can find some of the great stuff you found! Especially like the work light, lanterns, and plant ties with the cutter. Wish me luck!

  2. I'm definitely going to look for the work light! That would be so handy. I'm also going to see if my store has the pack of cords. I bought the grow bags last year. I was able to definitely grow in them, but they just kind of fell apart at the end of the season. I still need to get it out of my yard. But for $1 I did get to grow food in it so it wasn't a waste. I got the clips and the hose this year also to try.

  3. I plan on making a trip to Dollar Tree and now have more items to look for. I have just recently decided to try gardening again, I haven't done it in years. And I already have little seedlings, tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I planted them. I have one green bean plant that is growing really tall. Now, I just have to figure where I will plant these at in the yard. Thanks for the videos.

  4. Lol if I don't have burns on my potholders were not cooking. I just found a new burn on one. My worst experience is right after I got my new stove. NO elements exposed thankfully. I laid my mitten on the door and closed it up not realizing it. When I smelled something burning I realized it and ran to the oven and it was the size of my hand and totally burned like black toast. I'm glad there wasn't elements in my oven. They are built in thankfully.

  5. Really nice haul!!! After the ice storm and it turned warm I thought it was safe to sow my wildflowers. They came up after only a few days.. Then temps fell into 30's last night😭 they are so fragile. I'm afraid I'll have to replant them. I'm thinking I better plant herbs inside. This weather is so unpredictable these days.
My new garden find was the grow bag I grabbed two and wish I'd gotten 10. I think we could plant a good bit of potatoes in one and a lot of carrots in one. I'm gonna try both. Onions and garlic might be good too.

  6. Grow bags can be great to use. My issue is with the plastic that winds up in the environment when they break down.

  7. My mother’s neighbor uses old totes for planting vegetables. I thought that was a good idea. Usually a lot of the lids are misplaced.
