  1. You need to check out Barnet Mountain Homestead. She has the most beautiful wall pantry in her dining room. To give you more ideas for your kitchen nook…lol

  2. I think Boris, Bacon and Sausage just did not want to eat off the floor. My relatives always had some kind of pig trough (like the DIY woodden or concrete bath tub) for pigs to eat from. Pigs are really intelligent and sensitive animals.

  3. If it hasn't been said already, once upon a child pays you on the spot for your items. They don't have to sell first and then you get a percentage.

  4. Jamerrill, there are commercial grade food choppers to dice up all that produce. I purchase food by the case and give my black and decker slice and dice breaks so it doesn't roast the motor… but I do smaller quantities. You can get them on Amazon… they are big manual things you can put on the counter top. They have metal levers and work similarly to a fry cutter… but come with options. I can't recommend one because I don't own one… but do check out reviews and vids before you buy. When you are doing these quantities you need to claim back those days of labor any way you can. Sending you lots of love and hopes and wishes for you to have a amazing day.

  5. Where are all her kids and who is watching them while she is in the kitchen? I’ve watched a couple of videos and have yet to see any kids or really hear them in the kitchen. Not criticizing I’m just wondering

  6. its mega momma because you not only cook for your big family but for other families in need…..we all need a mega momma in our lives xxx

  7. Our Once Upon A Child here gives you so much money for what you bring in, and then they turn around and mark it up to resell it. I stopped shopping at them here when they started asking for 8.00 to 10.00 for a used shirt. I could get it cheaper at Walmart for new. I wish the prices were lower. When I am able I like to help buy clothes for all my 6 of my grand babies.

  8. I had grocery store my basement for years. I always knew when our young adult kids stop by when we were out house .By groceries they shop for .

  9. You should look for the two packs of lee sweatpants at Costco, the knees actually lasted a season in those last year! I love summer because they can’t wear out the knees on shorts!😂

  10. We have Once Upon a Child in Ontario Canada, great spot for cheaper clothes. Especially the infants and toddlers, when they barely wear out any of the clothes

  11. Keep saying “Mega mama!! It’s fun and it’s your channel!

Love, love, love your couch and chair!!!

So happy to hear about your supportive husband!!! What a blessing. Wish I could say the same. I’m a single mama of 3 blessings.

Keep up the great work!!!! You are an inspiration!

  12. I love my dicer like yours, rely on it when I can relish or make large recipes. It works great on peppers, just cut em in half, seed then place interior side of pepper on blades and go! Much more consistent than the food processor!
For onions I slice rounds instead of doing half at once, getting size of dice consistently as well!
    Blessings, Jan

  13. Just a thought……would the cart you moved to fit the Momma chair go where the pressed metal is? You could put baskets for potatoes and onion storage. Or maybe make it a baking cart and place all your jars of flour, sugar, oats, nuts, chocolate chips, etc on it.

  14. I just love your videos my life couldn't be any more different than yours but I just find your content so comforting and cozy. ❤️

  15. I don't know what the rules are about it but I do believe targets brand, cat and Jill or cat and jack has a warranty that covers knees being ripped out. I'm not sure but may be something to look into

  16. U could do a Pig Port for the feeder pigs like Justin Rhodes did buy a stand alone car port and turn that into a Pigport and use woodchips and deep bedding and later use that for compost for ur garden

  17. On an average how many yards do you use per season. And when I put my Peppers up in the freezer they always come out slimy any suggestions for that

  18. Seed oils are best kept just for dressings n salads, they are not good for you heated up, as the oil changes to bad oils. With your glass fed meat, I am guessing you like to eat well. Not everyone knows this so thought I would share ❤

  19. As far as consigning with OUAC, I don’t recommend it. I tried it once with items and they only took 2-3 of my items. They are super picky. And then I barely got anything for the items they picked. I would have received more selling them on local FB groups. I will say their sales are decent at least compared to the area thrift stores prices where I live.
