The inspiration for this backyard is simple – embrace nature.
Meandering walkways around the property circle a majestic existing tree.
We created a spacious barbecuing area, which leads to a play zone for bocce ball or cornhole. Following the play zone behind the tree is an intimate steppingstone path that leads to a meditation and contemplation garden with a paved circle patio and surrounded by plants.
Across from the quite retreated spot, next to the house is a vegetable garden. It includes space for a garden shed and raised planter boxes.
The whole backyard is accented with low-voltage LED lighting. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also extends the hours the homeowners can enjoy in the back yard.
