I have a suggestion that contradicts all of the above mention. There is a garden located in Tokyo not far from the main Ikebukuro Station, not far to come here and take a short break.
Japanese style garden.Not many people Here. Sometimes there are photo shoots and pre-weddings as well. Friends can buy simple food and sit and eat. There are chairs to sit. But don’t make a loud noise 😀
