If you have an underground gutter system, drop your HVAC lines into the gutter to get the water away from your house. If you don’t have a gutter system you can extend the PVC drain lines further away from the house so the water isn’t dripping right on the edge of the foundation.

Good plan! Sure you might be watering some plants, but in reality you’re soaking your foundation continuously. Not good!
Don't do that. The drip rate is negligible.
I put a catch basin with a grate and had it drip on that. Instead of directly into it
