  1. Do you take on HOUSE PROJECTS with your family? I'd love to hear what your goals are in 2020, whether it's home improvement or something altogether different. Also, do you like my garden videos or prefer other topics on this channel? Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!

  2. Great tip on using smaller, younger plants! I would agree that you probably saved yourself a lot of money doing the yard makeover yourself! Landscaping is expensive to have a company do it! I love the idea of having a binder for your house to keep track of improvements!

  3. Happy New Year to you and your family, Melissa. This is a terrific video, which I thoroughly enjoyed even though I don't do much major gardening. I learned some things here for small garden projects. As always, your videos are SO INSPIRING, regardless of the project at hand. They always make me want to tackle something in my home that needs sprucing up.

  4. So much good info, Melissa! We don’t garden but you have so many great tips to get quality on a budget. So smart to keep receipts and documentation!! I hope you are well you sound a little sick or maybe it’s just me! 😅😅 We’ve been battling some bug here at our house.

  5. Awesome video. We are still in the brainstorming process since any kind of fruit planted gets eaten by deer in our area, Small question… can you do a video about tips/tricks of buying and selling on craig's list or facebook market. I STILL remember how you told us about finding a play kitchen on the side of the road and selling it! Wow.

  6. I love how you said, " you look forward to living in your home for a really long time so you can enjoy watching everything grow." That is just beautiful ❤.
I so enjoy your videos, you are a beautiful person and you have been Blessed with a beautiful family.

  7. I love your Buttermint camellias. Beautiful, rich color. I'm calling the garden center nearby tomorrow to see if they have them. I'd like to get one in a pot and see how that goes. A friend went to our annual camellia show yesterday and posted a nice video on Instagram of her favorite varieties.

  8. Wow, you got a lot of mileage for your money! Especially since those are projects with long-term impact.
