  10. I absolutely enjoy your informative and entertaining videos! I enjoy not just your gardening ideas, but also your recipes. Good idea about storing garden tools. Do you have solutions to plants affected by frost?

  11. I remember you from PBS.I am glad I found you on YouTube!Question. If someone pours that oil in sand to stick their garden tools in, won't that be contaminated soil that must be burned eventually, so its not put back on the beach or ground, and wouldn;t resiidue on our tools make our vegetables no longer organic? Or can we substitute a food grade oil?But them won't that still be a pollution risk? As we'd have oil soaked sand

  12. Hi Allen, I have a large spot of Lime hydrangea. Last year something eaten the flowers. every night they get smaller and smaller no petals then only the scheleton until a dot left on the steam. What can I do to stop this happening this year again. Thank you for your times sharing your knowledge.

  13. Hello Mr. Allen. Love your videos! I also love Hydrangeas. I’ve tried and tried to plant a cutting garden of them but it has never worked. I live in Houston, Texas. Question: Can I plant them just in huge pots and will they grow and continue to bloom year after year without having to transplant them into the ground? Look forward to hearing from you and happy gardening!

  14. Great tips and info. Never heard of the small broccoli. Need to find some of these. Sounds delicious.

  15. What a great tip about making sure when you transplant that you bury the lip of the cardboard container to keep it from drying out! I loved it when you went on trips thru antique stores, would love to see some more of those, have you ever found some really good planters in them?

  16. Love watching your videos – thank you so much. BTW I've stored my tools in sand & oil for some time now and it's a great tip. Sadly I can't grow zinnias because my border terrier eats them!
