Soup recipe 🍜
Ingredients:
+ 1 tbsp. olive oil
+ 1 yellow onion, diced
+ 4 cloves of garlic, minced
+ 2 sweet potato, diced
+ 1 bunch of kale, chopped
+ 1 tsp dried thyme
+ 1 tsp dried oregano
+ 4 cups broth
+ 4 cups water
+ Salt, black pepper, & red pepper to taste
+ 9 oz package of pre-made tortellini (feel free to substitute with your favorite short pasta variety)

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat.
2. Add onion & sauté for 5 minutes. Add in the thyme, oregano & salt/pepper to taste. Sauté for an additional 2 minutes while stirring so spices are evenly distributed.
3. Add sweet potato to the pot with 1/2 cup of water. Cover the pot and let steam for 5 minutes.
4. Uncover then add water & vegetable Broth. Stir well & bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Bring back to boil. Add the kale & pasta to the pot. Stir & cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Serve & enjoy!

  1. I swear every time you post it brightens up my day! usually the morning times when I’m making my cup of coffee I love watching your videos the most, great start to the day!❤

  2. Where did you get your garden gloves? Can you also share with us why you do vegan. I'm honestly curious becuz I have arthritis & fibromyalgia. I'm really looking forward to it for healing

  3. Allison! I need that cozy orange knit dress you're wearing at the end of the video. Where is it from? I literally love wearing the subtle rib-knit texture. Perfect for fall/winter. Also loved the fairy door & window. So cute!

  4. You have honestly taught me soo much about appreciating life. And I can tell you my life has genuinely improved incorporating appreciation for even the smallest things. You view the world in a beautiful light and I thank you for sharing your perspective 🙏🤍

  5. I feel like I am walking into that ‘fairy door’ every time I watch one of Allison’s videos!
Everything from start to finish in her videos is pure gift to those who watch & I am profoundly grateful! 🍂🍁Autumn Joy from my heart straight to yours, Allison! 🍁🍂

  6. I've been following along for a few years now and just realized I never commented on here and I thought I'd take this opportunity to thank you for creating your videos! I'm usually not that big of a youtube person but your autumn (and later christmas) videos are the one thing I always look forward to, every year, and that bring me so much joy and peace. Especially this year there was so much happening these past few weeks and days and everything seemed worse than ever but whenever I see a notification for a new video of yours I get really happy because I know I'll get at least a few moments of peace and joy and just some cozy beautiful autumn images/feelings/inspirations. While christmas is my favourite season it's autumn that always brings the few first waves of calmness before the year ends. I don't even know where this is going but I thought I'd let you know how much I and we all appreciate your videos! I hope you have a wonderful day x

  7. Hi lovely! I'm sorry about your skirt. I find that a bicarb and vinagar paste can pull out grease from fabric. Apply a paste. Let it sit for 20 – 60 minutes and then wash as normal. Also, swarfega, I'm not sure if that's available in the USA 🤔 it's a "grease removing hand wash" for mechanics really, or people to get grease and oil on their hands. I will use that on stubborn grease stains and that pulls them out too. Add a thin layer and wash as normal 🙏 I hope you can get your skirt back to to it's former glory xx

  8. Allison I look up to you so much, you are so genuine and so beautiful, I always love seeing Palmer, he makes my heart skip a beat, he is so precious!!

  9. Allison🤍 I adore your content and the peace it brings. I am truly inspired by you to nurture my home , create traditions, create a space that allows me to try recipes, decorate, feel pretty, read and this list of inspiration goes on. Thank you and may God continue to bless you like you bless so many🤍

  10. Autumn bake off, what a cute idea. I'm glad you shared the snafus you had. I love to bake and have been doing so for my family and friends for years, but sometimes I still have one of those days. I also get confused by all the whisky, bourbon, brandy alcohols. 😊

  11. Oh Allison I would like to let you know that once you plant mint and you pull it up it will continue to grow because I am having that problem in my garden no matter how much we try to get rid of the meant it keeps coming back the only way to get rid of it permanently is to destroy the garden bed that you created and start all over from scratch and make a new one

  12. I’m so happy you guys were ok from the hurricane! (From south Ontario, Canada!!) we are in Fort Myers now for vacation, inland more tho so the place we rented long ago is ok, just screens on the pool missing and looks like bad landscaping lol

  13. I’m loving your vlogs, soooo good! Where did you get the blush colored nightgown/lounge dress you wore towards the end? Love the color…

  14. Pumpkin fall bake and a cozy home is great 🍁 🍂 is the perfect video for this time/season. I see you have a lemon tree I didn’t I just want to ask how old is that tree that it’s already with some lemon on it? I have a lemon tree 5 years already growing it from indoor and it’s so big but no lemon I would like to know how old the tree has to be in order to bloom some lemon

  15. Your videos always make me so happy and leave me feeling thankful and fulfilled 🤍 thank you for being a light in the world xoxox 😊

  16. I just want to say how much I love and appreciate your videos. I became very ill last year and was diagnosed with Lupus, GBS, and stage 3 Hodkins Lymphoma, as a result I became paralyzed and could no longer move any of my extremities. Watching your channel really helped keep my spirits up and gave me hope and excitement for the future. I find your videos to be very serene and quite healing. I hope you know just how bright your light shines. 💕💕

  17. So sweet and charming! Be careful that Parker does not "mark" your little fairy door. Dogs usually will mark an object that is foreign in their territory, You can spray apple cider vinegar on it, sometimes that helps. Thank you for all your work on your channel, just love all your content and to have a sweet break from my day. ❤from GA!

  18. I dont know why but I have the feeling that theres come a mini Allison soon…🤷‍♀️❤️ i really love your content thank you🌷

  19. I love how excited your husband is for the pumpkin croutons! It feels awesome when husbands are just as excited as we are!

  20. I love all the fairy stuff, it’s super cute! Just be sure to look up fairy folklore if you really believe in the magic of it, be aware of what/who you’re welcoming in!

  21. 😳😍 where is your burnt orange dress from? (the one you are wearing when you are talking about the recap of the bake off)

  22. What is your evening drink of choice these days? I’m looking for a before bed tea and the brand you like. What brand of peppermint tea do you like? TY for the advice. 🍂🍁🍂
