  1. Good one, Kaye! Love that tomato seed keeping idea at the end and that cute doggie!
    there’s always next year… 🤞🏼

  2. Awesome. Thank you so much for the insight. We need evolve as humans more nature less everything else Love you all and thank you for sharing.

  3. Holy Basil and Tulsi are different plants. Basil and Tulsi both grow in India. Basil is known as Marua or Nyazbo in local language.

  4. Many people called it hot basil. It wild plant in my home village in Thailand. It grow by itself in the rice farm or in the back yard. Now people plant it, due to high demand. In Thailand this plant is nothing about religion, but it about food. Thai people used hot basil to cook, stir fry or make soup. Maybe you can see on the menu in Thai restaurant or you can ask them for hot basil or pad krapao.
I think it 2 kinds of hot basil, one is purple hot basil like on your show and other one is white hot basil. More hot is purple. When you cook and add together hot basil, garlics and chilli it will double hot.

  5. I love holy basil but it's hard to grow them. I wish they have it in the grocery market like other vegetables so I can buy them.

  6. Do you know why it’s called holy basil???. Do you know why tulsi is so important that Hinduism even made it part of hindu religion ???

  7. Thailand 🇹🇭 it's called "KAPRAO "
We love PadKaPrao with chicken, pork or beef, chilli etc.
This is our favorite (fast-food) food which can be found everywhere.
    Amm..I love it so much….😋

  8. South Indians keep pots of Thulasi plants at home. It is considered to be a sacred plant. As far as I know, it is not eaten or cooked or used for tea since it is sacred. Looks like what you've got there is the Krishna Thulasi variant ( there are also the Rama Thulasi and Lakshmi Thulasi variants).

  9. Great video.
    Lots of learning and inspiration.

My holi basil never grew from Indian seeds. I think I shall request you to purchase some.

  10. did you know when you grow basils variety close together they will cross and the seeds will not be true to the plant!

  11. I like that seed saving method for tomatoes at the very end! Good points on the tyranny as well. We do need to come together! They ARE trying to divide us.
