Finally found a Purple Leaf Sand Cherry Shrub good in zone 3 and up best purple colored shrub I have ever seen better then Ninebark or Smoke Bush in my opinion. I then found some more Uptown Girl Pink Phlox, Bugleweed and a Yellow Violet Bearded Iris to complete the flower bed.
