  6. A huge shout to your parents for coming and helping you out that is so amazing. Looking forward to seeing how your garden grows in the coming season. So excited to having you plant your cool season plants. That will be amazing. I too am supportive to you as you are starting this new garden. I feel that once you plant in this space as much as you say that you are in your forever home, you will want to have some space like this even maybe bigger so who knows maybe you will be moving to a small farm yourself. Enjoy and have a great day.

  7. Itโ€™s so inspiring to see your Mom and Dad help you till and place the tubing today. It will be beautiful when you place the seed and flowers here. You looked so cute operating that tiller! I canโ€™t wait to see what beauty is yet to come to this property! Thanks to Bobby for allowing you to use this property and for tiling it previously. Best wishes for a beautiful succession to this garden spot! โคโค

  8. Oh my word! When you took the tiller from your dad, I could see how awkward and difficult it really is. It is going to be stunning!

  9. I can't wait to see the flowers! How nice of Bobby to let you use his land…and to till the land, too!๐ŸŒปM

  10. You are so blessed to have people in your life that are so kind. You sure picked the right friend to mention your dream to. Really glad mom and dad helped out, I have a small tiller and it's not easy.

  11. Hi Janey ๐ŸŒบ greetings to you and your parents . l enjoyed a lot watching you and your parents working in the
field , great family . Good helping .Have all of you awonderful day. ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒป

  12. Nice job but I have a question/concern . . . did you lay all the tubing in one zone? Im not sure you're going to have enough pressure to get to the end.

  13. Janey, from the smiles on your parents' faces, you can see the pride and feel the love they have for you. We're all rooting for you and want your new cut flower garden to be successful. You are blessed to have so many wonderful neighbors, family, and friends in your life. Have a wonderful week! ~Margie๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ๐Ÿฆ‹

  15. It's wonderful you realize how lucky and blessed you are, some people just take things for granted. You are such a love and that's why I love to watch you ๐Ÿ˜
I'm so beyond excited for you and looking forward to seeing your flower field grow. Have a wonderful day my friend โฃ๏ธ

  16. Do you know if wildlife will be an issue here? Like deer or other large wildlife like that. Not sure what is common in your area.

  17. I have a question. But 1st thank you so much for all your videos. I look forward to each morning to watch a new one. I love them. My questionโ€ฆSo when you're planning the layout of your garden, do you take in consideration which direction the wind blows? I have been trying to consider that here in Indiana, so I can figure out which side is the best to do my taller flowers. Is it the side that gets the wind first or is it further back so when the wind blows they're not leaning towards other flowers. This patch of field is a wonderful opportunity for you.I'm so happy for you and to have your mom and dad out there helping is a great blessing. Mmy mom is 90 and not able to do things like that and my dad passed away when I was 28 so you're very fortunate.

  18. What a great way to spend time with your folks, doing what you love! Itโ€™s going to be fun going on the journey with you. I would love to have a beautiful flower bed to look at everyday! โคโค๐Ÿงค๐ŸŒธ

  19. Aww, your parents are so sweet and loving, Janie! I know you are thrilled to pieces to grow these beautiful flowers. Goodness, Bobby is an angel, too! You're surrounded by wonderful people!!

  20. I bet you used muscles that you haven't used in a while working that tiller. I hope the next day you are feeling ok. Glad the owner tilled the land twice and your parents came out to help. I noticed your pop wearing a back support, I hope his back is ok. It's a full sun spot and pretty large. Might have to buy a yard of potting soil and have it delivered. Defiantly need to stay hydrated when working out there.

  21. So wonderful to see your parents coming to help you get started!๐Ÿ’•
As for the tilling, it is very heavy work. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ชLast summer I borrowed my Neighbors tiller & worked over a new flower bed. The ground was very hard & full of roots & weeds. I actually found it a little easier to go backwards with it. Itโ€™s a job I hope never to have to do again. Covered with cardboard & mulch. I planted it this spring. My first David Austin rose, Port Sunlight, Pinky Winky hydrangea standard, Quick fire fab & many more beautiful plants. I called it my Jubilee garden.๐Ÿชด
I planted an Eastern Redbud tree a couple of weeks ago, a clearance find! Built a 16โ€™x4โ€™x1.5โ€ wood bed to grow vegetables next year. Got my rhubarb & strawberries in. Then same Neighbor just tilled a 40โ€™x3โ€™ bed along my back fence. I need to fill that one Saturday. Itโ€™s fall here in the southernmost point of ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
Iโ€™m so inspired by all the gardening on YouTube.
Canโ€™t wait to see how your new flower field progresses. ๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท

  22. Let's go Janey !! Exciting is an understatement ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ
    Seems like a great plan
Great to have so helping hands ๐Ÿ™‚
Hope you're all are doing great!!
    Cheers J&C ๐ŸŒฑโš˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ

  23. You have such wonderful parents Janey, how beautiful is that!!Love when families ard close and help each other!!
    You are blessed ๐Ÿ˜Š

  24. Awwww! Your parents are great! I am so excited about your new space. It is going to be amazing! I tilled a tiny lawn area ONCE. It was really hard work. It shook up my body so much, I really got a workout, lol! I assume you will need to condition the soil? Should be a lot easier to mix in after that tilling. Will you be mulching? I think you should build a wattle fence all the way around this, hahahahaha! ๐Ÿ˜œ

  25. Your dad looked like a pro with that tiller. How great that your parents came to help you. Mine used to help me too.

  26. I canโ€™t wait to see all the beautiful flowers- your smile is a mixture of both parents- I love to see a family support each other and encourage one another absolutely beautiful to watch ๐Ÿ˜Š

  27. How exciting! So nice of your parents to help you too. It would be interesting to see how you hook up the irrigation.

  28. That tilled dirt, just makes me want to get planting! Wonderful parents, so cute and supportive. Side note setting up some sort of supports. Open areas are great, but wind can barrel thru them.

  29. Makes things so much more fun when youโ€™re willing to work together! I love how you made a diagram of how and where you were going to plant things. I need to get better at doing that!
