Welcome back! Just wanted to let you know we’re not sponsored by Burpee, but we are buying the majority of our seeds from them this year. Can’t wait to share our progress with you and check back in later to see if we’ve accomplished our goals. Let me know down in the comments any goals you have for this year! 1. I found out that if i process sweet peppers then put them in freezer bags stored flat they are amazing to add frozen to soups and chicken salad. i also process onions and freeze them and carrots. same. put them frozen into recipes. I am purchasing these from azure in bulk instead of growing them. I am focusing this year on several kinds of pumpkins, cucumbers, green beans and tomatoes. I have blackberry bushes, pears, apples, peaches, figs, and new avacado and appricot; i have a tiny goji berry. I have elderberry and I have jerusalem artichokes as well.

  2. i dehydrate onions and powder and it is amazing; not rocket science. just dry til it is crispy and process in food processor or coffee grinder; same on the garlic; suggest putting they dehydrator on the front porch; it really smells up the house.

  3. There is a effective and simple solution to any deer problems in the garden. They taste great! Enough said ๐Ÿ˜„. Good luck with the seed orders. There always is at least a dozen more types you want, heck go for it. Here's a tip. Get a small cooler for storing your seeds instead of a plastic bin. The seeds you don't use this year will be good to use for a couple of years that way. Keep it in the back of a closet with a interior wall so it stays cool. Good luck. Have a great day.๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒค๐ŸŒฑ
