Aw man. I didn't know to refrigerate the garlic for months, first. In Maryland, should I wait until next year, then? 😫
It's always great to have rain in SoCal!
Excellent video Brothers. You all had fun hoffing garlic, LOL. Elephant garlic is my favorite because of the size.
Bought mine 2 weeks ago been to busy to even stick it in the ground
Question… can I plant my common variety store bought garlic?
… I get it to root in water and have nice green stalks and when I plant it, it dies.
I planted my first 13 cloves in March. I am exited to be able to harvest them in December. All store bought. So we'll see how successful is will be.
My father in law just gave me a huge bag of garlic that he’s been growing for 20 years. I’m new to this stuff so this video was perfect timing. Much love from New York🤘🏻
Welcome to gardening in Florida brothers. Grow on! 🪴💕
Thanks for a great video. Planting soft neck for the 1st time this fall. Zone 9b, east coast central FL.
Best video yet LOL
Sticking to the bit.
Honestly, I am going to have to watch this again. I didn't hear a word you said because I was laughing too hard at you two (loveable) goofballs.
sounds like some nice garlic variety's I hope to get my garlic planted really soon
That’s dedication! 😂🌧
This was a hoot! I really enjoyed watching you two break down the bulbs.
loved the epic rain haha
Hello from Zone6! Another season another year I am late in the garlic game… this is getting embarrassing 🤦🏻♀️😬 2023 is my year!
Why is the knee pad on your right knee if you’re kneeling on your left knee?
Only harvested swiss chard seed once but it seems to have already adapted since I got the original from the same town, same with my peppers that I saved from seed in the town (stole from a community garden that has since been bulldozed by the hotel that owned the land). They survive frost and come back year after year in zone 10a. Maximizing the garden output!
Dude… I wish we had some rain right now. It’s been a month and we’ve had no rain. And it’s going to hit below freezing next week for a few days. I have a ton of harvesting to do.
“ ice in our rain”. In the Midwest it’s called hail. 😂😂😂😂 that’s dedication guys.
I love you guys, so funny 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Y’all need smell-o-vision.
ha! I just planted my garlic today 🙂 first time so hopefully it will do great!
I have rain envy! Believe it or not, I'm in Western Washington and we haven't had measurable rain in 4 months. There were just 2 days when it misted Just prepared my beds today and will plant my garlic once we get a real rain. Enjoy guys!
A rabbit and a bear are pooping in the woods. The bear asks the rabbit, "do you have problems with poop sticking to your fur?" and the rabbit says, "no" so the bear picks up the rabbit and wipes his ass with it.
Been growing 5 years, the year I soaked was my least productive crop. I don’t soak anymore.
This is why I enjoy watching you guys. It's raining and you just keep going 😂
Awesome! I just planted a new garlic and onion bed.
I just planted my garlic today. This is only my second year planting garlic. It went well enough I'm planting again, yay..
My girlfriend loves seeing Bobbi 🐈 great video as always 😂😂
You guys gotta be hardcore if willing to continue to do video despite rain! Enjoyed listening to rain.
We got rain too (near you) and went out to garden in it too. We loved it
I was literally watching your videos today thinking about what to plant now here in Texas on my urban balcony garden, and was looking into garlic because I have never grown it before. Then you come out and drop this video a few hours later?! It’s fate!
Jacque, you should get a longer rod, like a standard shovel, and put a foot push at the 4” or 6” height so you can make those holes faster, with body weight, and while standing.
Why do you have the knee pad on the right knee but kneel on the left?
Babka is in good company. My kitty is my favorite garden towel.
