First Time In Singapore – Eating at Hawker Markets and Exploring The Gardens by the Bay



We made it to Singapore! We were so excited to see the Merlion at Marina Bay and eat some delicious food at the Lau Pa Sat, a Victorian hawker center. We wandered around the Garden by the Bay, and saw the fantastic light show at Supertree Grove. We imagined ourselves in the Jurassic Park at the Cloud forest . We had such an amazing first day in Singapore. Can’t wait to bring you guys along with us !

  1. Golden Mile food centre is a underrated food centre most don't know. Probably one of the best and my favourite chicken rice is there at B1-35 Golden Mile food centre .My favourite hokkien Mee also there at B1-34. Not all hokkien Mee are nice in Singapore .

  2. Perhaps the toilet bowl was there for people who have difficulty standing, they could sit on the toilet bowl to shower

    The "carrot cake" that you had for lunch is a direct translation from Chinese (Hokkien/Fujian dialect), it is actually made with rice cake stuffed with white raddish (白萝卜) where raddish is known as carrot in the Chinese language.
    The Helix Bridge is actually designed with the DNS Helix in mind, hence the name.
