The seedlings have been growing really well. So much so that we had to go through and do a bit of clean up. At least that was the case. We forgot to water them and we left on the light for a whole weekend. That led to some of our seedlings drying out and dying. A problem which we address, along with some tips you should consider for maintaining your seedlings.

Maybe it's time for you to make an automatic (timed) watering system plus put your lights on timers. Then – you can enjoy your weekend and know the seedlings are taken care of.

I don’t get it. With all the LED lights your seedlings are still long and spindly. Why? They looked exactly like mine without grow lamps.
Sorry for your loss. It was a great opportunity to teach us what not to do though. Like not putting those lights so low over the fragile seedlings. Even those are LEDs they still create a bit of heat. It literally fried those plants. I thought you’d need them at list 1 foot distance. Probably wouldn’t have to water every day then.

I went through the same process because the seedling didn't seam to be growing so I transplanted them into bigger pots and they are outside getting sun. The seedlings that I put under the grow lights grew much faster. But yep I lost a few too.
it's not a watering problem that's the cause of the deaths it's light intensity. You have a 750watt light hung at 6-8 inches and it should be 48+ even on the lowest setting. at 1:12 look at the tallest seedling on the left and notice how odd the "preying" stance is? That's a good sign of too much intensity the leaves turning upwards which will lead to bleaching and then completely halted growth. Don't feel bad tho these things can only be learned by killing plants haha
