  1. You have an SE. . . you are the first person other than I. I love my SE. Only thing is it's small. That aside, I love it. If you are ever inclined, I would be interested in hearing your story. As in what you have done for income. I appreciate the information you share. Thank you!!

  2. I live in an area of New Mexico that's suffering from the worst longest drought (literally) ever. They're getting ready to do seed clouding because it's gotten so bad. Anyway, I followed your technique for growing my garden in totes with the run off watering plants in pots below. I had to shade everything from the late afternoon sun using angles shade cloth panels so they got the morning to 2pm sun. Anyway, even in my horribly drought stricken area I have a wonderful garden that's producing like crazy! For the 1st year I've been canning like mad. So much my friends & neighbors bring me their canning jars as they come across them. They all love to visit my "funny garden" as they call it. Even with all that canning I've been setting aside a collection of canned goods. I store them in apple boxes from the market and have a stack 3 high now in a corner of my walk-in closet & have 2 filled under bed plastic totes. I even managed to score 2 50 gal barrels to use for rain barrels! Of course they're dry right now but seed clouding is coming & I'm ready for it! I also made 2 x-large landscaping cloth garden containers I have sitting in discarded kiddie pools that hold my melon patches which are doing wonderful. The tulle netting has saved my garden since the squirrels & rabbits are out in force hunting food. As my plants end their production I set them far outside my netted area on the ground to feed them. They're so hungry it's all gone within 24 hours. My hummingbird population increased dramatically this year after I set up a hummingbird village feeding area. I keep the birds fed & watered so they're in abundance also and because of the netting aren't able to eat my garden.

  3. I wanted to share with you that your chair garden idea inspired me to make a garden on my heavily shaded patio. I put the totes up on milk crates and now my patio is my shade garden during the hottest part of the year. I can now use an area of my yard that in the past was a completely wasted space. Thank you for your fantastic ideas!

  4. Your garden looks amazing! I can’t wait till to watch your updates to see how it grows. I’m a YouTube gardener too but I’m just learning as I grow. I am happy I found your channel it has so much to offer. I hope we can learn more from each other as we grow our gardens and our garden channels! Happy Planting!

  5. Can you show us how you keep it from blowing away 😊 please, thank you and y'all have a blessed 🙏 day.

  6. Hi robbie, my name is renee. I just found your channel a couple days ago!. 🙂 🙂
I find you and your garden and your birds absolutely fun and beautiful! And you've inspired me to make a little water fountain for my home. Since I live in a condo now.

  7. My curiosity is. How do you have the energy and the time for everything that you have going on there you must have high energy. I think you and I are probably about the same age so let me know how you do it. God bless you love your place love your ideas love your enthusiasm thank you!!
    Renee 👌🤓😹💕💯

  8. Just the scope and the size of what you're doing there is overwhelming to me! But it's so brilliant with all your beautiful colorful containers as well.

  9. I was raised in Southern California many years ago. I now live in the Southwest beautiful desert of Tucson! And I know the birds here are plentiful as they are in California!

  10. I'm so excited that we started our "tote garden". I do have a question. I have a few 30 gal totes that were made here in the US but they don't have #'s on them. Right now I was using one to catch rain water, but I would really like to use them for the plants. I know you had said to you 1,2,3 and 5, but if they have no #'s how do I know?

  11. I have learned so much, and I have truley enjoyed each and everyone of your videos.
Anything you think I would enjoy I know I will.
    God Bless you.

  12. Everything's so pretty! Thank you for being a good custodian of nature, especially for the hawks!🌷🍓☀️💚

  13. I loved This video! I am not able to comment often because I use speech to text but I feel like you are the perfect gardening friend. II learn so much from you. I enjoyed the way you talk to us like we are right there and I enjoy spending time with With you and Gary. Your ideas are incredible! I wish I had known you when I could still garden.
