Next time take 2 tupperware tops that match in dimentions, put 1st cap underside facing counter top, put tomatoes on top to covwr surface, place 2nd top underside facing up on top of tomatoes, take a long sharp this serated knife or bread knife (thin blade) apply pressure on cap while slicing 50 tomatoes in one shot
Congratulations. That was a pleasant surprise. I really love sun-dried tomatoes. I made a Mediterranean orzo salad today with sun-dried tomatoes. They are so flavorful and the oil they come in is good to use in dressings, too.
