Hello Liam and Katie, you have a lovely size garden plot ,have you looked at Fab and Ell on you tube they have a new build home it is a smaller garden than yours but I think it might give you a bit of an idea, they have a lovely deck at the bottom and did raised planters and a pergola. Can’t wait to see your garden transform so exciting 😀 ps if you decide on plastic grass at a later date it’s quite a job and expense digging turf skip etc I speak from experience😂 best money spent and if you can’t afford this year it will look ok till you can.

Hey there! I’ve just moved into my newbuild and my garden is almost the exact same size and shape as yours! Mine is as wide as my property AND my side driveway. So looks to be the same with as yours! Anyway I’ve had 2 quotes on a patio on the back of the house, again looks like the same ish size as the one you want and mine came in at £3,700 PLUS vat!!!! 😱 much more than I was expecting!!! I’m here for all the garden content! Keep up the good work! ❤️
