  1. Hi Everyone! This video was done in August of 2021 and I didn't publish it because I was having a lot of problems with the audio. I cleaned it up as best as I can and decided to publish it. Thanks for your patience!

  2. Nicole, this video really made me miss all the gorgeous foliage of the plants in my landscape that are sleeping (in hibernation) right now. Thanks for releasing this pleasant footage, even though you weren't pleased with the audio. Last year, I added many evergreen shrubs and small evergreen trees to elevate the winter interest in my garden, and I love how it's starting to look. Thanks for sharing your lovely gardens with us. ~Margie

  3. What a lovely surprise to see a video from your garden in the summer! It's cold in 7B here north of Atlanta. Loved it!! Thank you!!! I didn't notice any audio problems.

  4. The audio was good enough that my cat stopped to listen to the bird sounds thinking that they were close by. Beautiful garden!

  5. Loved this video and your garden is so stunning! Thanks for all the tips.. I have a large dry shade woodland garden as well that I'm trying to build and I find these tips to be very useful. I love the Caladiums.. they are so so stunning!

  6. Now, this is truly a great example of what a shade garden should look like! Wow! Thanks for showing us around. Especially love your combination towards the end of the tour of the hydrangea and lamiUM…not lamiUN. Just beautiful…all of it.💜💜

  7. Oh my gosh. WHERE did you get that fountain!!? I had one in my garden for many years and loved it so much. It was similar to yours and the water sound was amazing. I love that it wasn’t ornate, ya know? More French and oeganic. As if it had been there 100 years. We moved and my husband refused to pay to move the fountain because it was massive and concrete. Lol. And I’ve never seen another one similar. I miss it.
Your garden is lovely:) thank you. I just want to sit there, hear the birds and enjoy the sounds.

  8. I'm absolutely LOVING shady / woodland gardening, can't even believe it myself, it's such a different exercise from the obvious "sunny garden, gardening" 😍

  9. Im so happy I found your channel! Just started gardening and I have trees surrounding a smaller size property so I get mostly shade! This gives me so much inspiration!

  10. Absolutely Stunning!!! How do you save your caladium bulbs for the winter? TFS your Gorgeous Garden!! Blessings!❤️❤️

  11. Love it, you have given me so many ideas on what to plant on the shadey side of , my house. I have items there, but the area is no way as full and pleasing to the eye as yours. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences 🙏
