  1. Great updates Dan. We still have some green onions out back too. Definitely looking forward to seeing what you grow next season, brother.
    Stay safe,
    Rob

  2. Way to go to have a garden plan for the coming new year. Rabbits will probably hibernate for a while๐Ÿ˜œ Christmas is coming, I am sure you will have much preparation to do. Have a wonderful week, Dan!

  3. Gonna have to call ole Elmer up if'n those pesky wabbits keep coming. LOL. Garlic and looking really good. Cabbage is holding up nicely. Love those onions. Enjoy the warm while ya can cause winter is returning. Keep that shine on brother and have a great rest of the week!

  4. Hey Dan!! The only way I have found to combat the critters inviting themselves for dinner every night is to just plant twice as much as what you planned for then that way you get some but they do to. We canโ€™t be out there all night long and if we could, for every one we shoot, it will be replaced by 2-3 more. So they will always, always be there for dinner. They do after all, need to eat too!

Iโ€™ve got 21 acres and I plant about 10 in all, 5 for me and 5 for the deer, rabbits, Fox, and whoever else is coming for dinner.

Good luck buddy and take care down there!!!

  5. Dan…I took two white 55 gallon barrels and made a nice cover for my lemon tree. That 18ยฐ night we ha a few weeks back still killed it. Grocery store lemons gotta go in. Anyways I cut top and bottom out of one, top at narrow point of bevel. Other I cut one end out. One will slide a bit into the other. Set it up over your advacado tree. I'll bet it will do good on cold nights unlike my lemon.

  6. I'm one of those that always comes back to see how Ol' Dan is doing. I'm root in for your garden and Do you still have your worms? How do they do when it's snowing there in the cold.

  7. I guess the bunnies need food during the drought too. Bummer for you though. I wish I could do 'winter' work in my gardens. We are frozen solid and have about 8 inches of snow. Besides snow removal and chores.. my work is indoors now. ๐Ÿ™‚ Don't let those rabbits dull your shine. ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Great update and the majority of things looks to be doin good. Have a great day Dan. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
