    I would highly recommend collards and Jerusalem Artichokes for their ability to survive (to 1 degree or another) the brutal February and March forcasted. Please if any freeze intolerant plants, have them harvested before February.
    LED grow lights could turn any space into a very predictable indoor garden, even in a barn or garage with power could grow plants in movable pots.

    My husband combines sweet banana, no heat jalapenos, hot jalapenos in a mix of Ball bread n butter mix & Pickling spice. Sliced & omg they are amazing on burgers.

    I agree with you Danny I hate Walmart. I have plants to put out but it's just too hot a hundred fifteen today. Growing sugar canes do you have problems with ants I've never grown sugar cane

    I'm new to your channel, found it as I was searching for saving tomato seeds – Amish Paste (like you were showing 😊). We live on a farm that's been in my husband's family since the late 1700's. I loved hearing about your crops. Do you use all you grow, or do you also sell produce? I can and preserve year round, but we don't grow near what you all do. I'm looking forward to watching other videos. I also have a YouTube channel for farm life and teaching Bible studies. I'm anxious to check out your Bible channel, too.

    China did some studies because they have records going back through Ming Dynasties and they have been preparing for an Ice Age because they know this climate change stuff put out by the West is hobunkem. They have been working on ways to make sure their people do not starve and are launching an artificial sun and moons. They have also been moving their food production into giant greenhouses, a LOT of greenhouses. You'll never see that happen here. Scientists here are saying the same, that this summer may be the very last summer we have. You have to go looking for his info because msm will not cover this. The Houndog has info on this.

    I had some of my peppers surrounded by basil plants and they barely did anything also. They were basically covered and shaded out by the basil. My biggest success this year has been squash and Chinese long red noodle beans. Whereas rabbits got my bush beans REPEATEDLY and then Mexican bean beetles just went crazy on them, the Chinese long red noodle beans are completely best free. Granted there will be an ant on each young bean top but they scram when you come to harvest them. I'm gonna do them again for sure if I like them as dried beans.

    I till before fall, add azomite to replenish the soil as it is natural crushed granite rock 220 and adds 70 nutrients, then let it sit through the winter. Next summer you will be amazed at how well the nutrients are doing. I have been doing it for 10 years.
