I am guilty of searching container gardening. I live in a townhouse and not fortunate to have a very large yard. Started growing this year and hope to expand in the future. I agree on growing what you will eat.
My parents were young children during the 40's and my mother told me of how they and other families grew victory gardens during the war. My Father continued this by growing a large garden when I was a child. Now I do so every year but at a reduced scale do to the location of where I am
