Hey guys! In today’s House Werk video we are WERKING this PATIO! You guys may remember our big patio reveal last year when we upgraded our empty void of a backyard with a brand new set of patio furniture, a privacy fence, a firepit, pergola, grill and MORE. But now it’s time to start adding more plants, flowers and trees to cozy this space up and make it even more inviting for family and friends. We teamed-up with our landscaper to create something really vibrant to experience in the Summer but also super nice for Fall. What do you think?

    Don't water the leaves of the arborvitae. 1. Water the soil around it. 2. Do a soil test for the Arborvitae. 3. Remove the mulch away from the trunk so the trunk can have air to dry out. Those plants prefer the soil to be a little on the dryer side.

    Beautiful! I love how they expanded the flower beds around the windows..Me & Hubby planted a bunch of evergreens (10) in the front of our house about 2 months ago…We use a soaker hose so that we dont have to water them individually..We have green giants so they are gonna be pretty huge..We had some like yours but the deer ate them up & they began looking like lollipops.

    Depending on where you, I found that the biggest factor to consider when planting is which plants are afternoon heat and sun-tolerant and which are more shade tolerant.

    Gorgeous please purchase a surface cleaner for $50 so the next time you pressure wash instead of taking up 5 hours it will be washed in 30 to 40 mins.
