  1. Try tuoile on your blueberry plants. Might be more convenient if you hook it to stakes and use them as a gate you can open and shut.

  2. Ur soo lucky we live in a flat but I love gardening now I’m obsessed growing potatoes 😍😍😍😍show harvesting potatoes

  3. Can you imagine if she had an HOA? I am soooo thankful I don’t live in one. They won’t let you do anything. Not even work on your car! Some are so hard core that they will even fine you for the car you have (if it’s not to their liking, it must be garaged.) Where I live, it’s actually a plus if you don’t have an HOA. There are town ordinances to take of the extreme people. No HOA necessary.

  4. There is another channel, i believe called DIY Urban Gardener or Gardening, and she uses Tulle to protect ALL of her bushes and trees. Take a look. Amazing!!

  5. This is my first time watching your videos so I don't know what zone you are in, but I would suggest building a greenhouse with that last it of space if you have cold weather. We are in zone 7 and every year I wish I had a green house in the winter. Our winters are pretty mild compared to most but I'm always kicking myself at not having salad greens or potted tomatoes when its too cold for them. Yes, I could grow some inside with all light which I have done but without that natural sunlight they stunt easily and I swear they don't taste the same.

  6. If I grew veges in my front yard it would all be stolen. All my fruit in the front yard got stolen. I always share with the community but I hate stealing. Your gardens are amazing!

  7. I'm a bit deaf and can't hear cos the music is loud and covers your voice for me 😥 I let 2 of everything I grow go to seed and the plants just pop up the next season on time. I leave tomatoes on the ground to also reseed by themselves. My pumpkins are sprawling everywhere, I definitely need to do some vertical areas. It's so hot and dry here than I grow trees to shade my gardens so would love a shade house to grow in. Grow different flowers in bed no. 3. Marigolds kill diseases in your soil.

  8. I live in a community and supposed to only plant a vegetable garden exactly in the back of my home. I didn't think it would be a big deal if I planted them in the side yard, as it received the most amount of sunlight. Boy oh boy…the amount of push back I received from the builder (who still controlled the HOA) and the other HOA members, made me realize these idiots would never understand the importance of growing your own food, on your own land for which you pay taxes. Fast forward 7 years later, I just bought a different home with no HOA and plenty of space, and looking forward to start my garden wherever I want on my lot!

  9. It's lovely. This gave me so much inspiration for my garden – especially the way you did your trellises!!

  10. I live in an urban area too, though the sun hits my backyard, my neighbors are close and there's only a chain link fence between us so I was very mindful to build a garden and trellis system that looked tailored, organized and not lower the value of their homes by making a messy garden. I have black painted raised beds as well and my trellis follow both fences to create beautiful 8f tall green walls. I did build a nice 8×10 greenhouse, a smaller 4×6 one for tomatoes (it's very humid here and blithe was a problem so I settled for cramming 9 tomato plants in one small greenhouse). My main greenhouse has 2 shelves for seedlings and microgreens and E shaped raised beds with trellises in the back for winter peas/ summer greenhouse cucumbers. I built a simplified pergola over my deck for grapes and scrarlet runner beans, it's like a cocoon of greens and flowers. I grow 50f of sweet peas, we never seem to have enough. I know this was a year ago but I can't imagine life without my greenhouse. I'd totally add a greenhouse. I did squeeze in 4 fruit trees across the yard, apricots and cherries are so popular with the kids. This year I'm removing my strawberries from the raised beds, we lost so many to moldiness and pest. That's why they grow them on hills with garden fabrics on farms, they rot on the flat soil. I decided to move them to a grow tower so the fruit wouldn't sit on the soil. You have a beautiful garden, wish more people would build and invest in growing food and landscaping with edible plants.

  11. Your garden looks like fairy garden with lots of butterflies and bees 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,beautiful mam….

  12. Love your trellis area. If you want any corn harvest, remember that corn is a heavy feeder. It needs lots of nitrogen. Corn also does best when planted in square blocks for better pollination.

  13. @ReSprout
Just found your channel. I'm Loving your videos!
I watched your Blackberry Trellis video, but I can't find your other Trellis Video! 🥲
I would Love to watch it!
And do you have any tips on direction of the Trellis?
East to West? Or North to South?

    Btw
I've heard planting Dahlia flowers with Cabbage to keep pests away.
Companion Planting is my go to to help with the garden pests.

  14. Could be a perfect space for espalliar fruits trees and citrus be great having a glass house too though xx thankyou love ya garden x

  15. Curious what are you doing with hundred and thousands of lbs of food ? Do you sell it ? What happens to it

  16. Where do you get your seeds from?

Brand new to the idea of a garden.

Brand new to channel so forgive me if my question has already been answered in another video.

  17. Amazing garden, thanks for the inspiration. Just am trying to start my own with how things are these days and the vertical setup, definitely gave some good ideas. Just need to find/figure out how to properly prune and train the plants I'll be growing.

  18. I am in the process of moving my garden to my front yard! Backstory, I have 5.25 acres and a 'perfect' garden plot that is fenced in, but on the back of my property. This summer garden has been a busy and I feel like moving it to the always visible front yard would help it tremendously. I loved seeing this. It just strengthens my resolve that I am making the right choice! ❤️😍

  19. Amazing in so many ways. Instant gratification! I hate the grass too. I must I must. I must create robust veggies. I want to figure out an artistic method for corn stalks to replace my dated hedges. Thoughts? Maybe alternate w tall bamboo? Our home has a Japanese style.
