Huw Richards: This Impressive Kitchen Garden Grows 80% of Their Vegetables Using No Dig Methods

Last summer I had the pleasure of visiting Lynn and Sandra of Lynbreck Croft which is nestled in the stunning Scottish countryside. They farm on a very exposed location that is at the end of a wind tunnel between them and the Cairngorms National Park which has forced them to be very clever with how they grow food in such an extreme climate. Their garden, which is no-dig and also includes a lot of polyculture planting, is truly inspiring and very productive, and shows that with enough careful thought and design, food can be grown almost anywhere! Hopefully, you will take some ideas to use in your own vegetable garden too. Follow Lynbreck Croft on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lynbreck_croft
