[Somewhat Halloween-y] I purchased some “Transylvanian” garlic from Burpee, but now I’m worried that it’s bred to leave me vulnerable to vampires. Thoughts?

This is very tongue-in-cheek, but yes, I really did order something called "Transylvania Garlic" (link goes to Burpee's site.) I thought it would be interesting to grow, but now I question how much protection this will give me from vampires.

My theory: This is specifically bred by vampires to lack the thing that causes garlic to be offensive to them, thus leaving the living without protection.
