Temperatures might be falling across the country, but that doesn’t mean you have to sequester yourself indoors until the spring thaw. A patio heater is a simple, effective way to make your patio, deck, or porch comfortable for a while longer, and during the Walmart Deals event, the retailer has a powerful, adjustable patio heater on sale with a hefty discount, just in time for chilly fall weather.
The Foowin 48,000-BTU Swivel Arm Propane Patio Heater is on sale for $210 at Walmart, 40% off its normal $350 price tag. A black version is also available, but we actually prefer the bronze finish that’s still available. Only the bottom portion of the heater, where the propane tank is stored, is a different color, one that’s a bit more natural and makes the whole contraption look less harsh than the all-black model does.

The feature that sets this heater apart from the majority of the competition is also the one that’s most apparent when you look at it: the swivel arm. It provides more control over where exactly the heat is going, and it’s easy to adjust when more people join the outdoor party, or you start feeling a bit too warm and want to put a bit of distance between yourself and the flame. It’s mounted to a stable base with wheels that make it easy to move, a spot to place drinks on top, and enough space inside to fit (and hide) a full-sized propane tank. The 31.5-inch heat shield helps dissipate the 48,000 BTU this heater can produce. This heater also includes built-in tip-over protection that extinguishes the flame if the unit tips beyond 46 degrees and flame-out protection that shuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished.

“This patio heater is very high quality and well-designed,” one shopper wrote, “and convenient for one person to use and move.” Its swivel arm “allows for a larger coverage area and the heat begins working 30 to 60 seconds” after ignition. They “recommend this heater to anyone with an outdoor space.”

Other customers called this heater “so nice and easy to use” with a “nice, elegant appearance” and a “durable finish.” The ability to move the arm around “makes it more enjoyable to use and expands the area it covers.”
Deals We’re Loving
The Foowin 48,000-BTU Swivel Arm Propane Patio Heater is the rare product of its kind that allows you to adjust where the heat is being dispersed, and its 48,000 BTU are more than enough to warm up a big deck in no time. It’s a great deal for $210, so t we’d recommend grabbing one ASAP before they’re gone.
