I grew them last year. Once they finally got going they produced a ton. I sliced them and sautéd them in olive oil. They’re pretty tasty.
I just cut them up and throw them into my stir fry
That’s just fun to say. Winged bean.
Omg they look so cool…should I add them to my list of things to grow next year
