It never gets old eating complete meals all from my work. Harvested my meatbirds Sunday. Roasted this guy on a bed of carrots shallots delicata and added some cornmeal half way though. All from the garden. I do not yet harvest my own salt and black pepper, but otherwise it’s all my own work!

That looks amazing. Well done! I’m in the southern hemisphere and have just planted my first chillis in greenhouses today, hopefully having had our last frost for the year!
