Are they ready? Unless I’m missing something, I see no beans yet, which are usually a pretty good indicator of whether or not beans exist. Once the flowers are pollinated, you’ll have beans within 2 weeks.

We harvest them when bean pods are mostly dry. Then they can keep over winter. You can also harvest them when they are green and beans are filled out, but they don’t store as they are.
In your photo I don’t see a single bean pod, dry or green. So I don’t know what you plan to harvest here.
